    Brian Hurtuk, Regional Operations Chief

    Texas A&M Forest Service

    Brian Hurtuk is the Regional Operations Chief for the Texas A&M Forest Service - Region 8, which includes Bastrop County. Prior to joining the Texas A&M Forest Service, Brian worked in mitigation and resilience for Travis County and TDEM, as well as 10 years with the United States Forest Service as a Hotshot. He received his Bachelors in Emergency Management from the University of Akron and is currently completing a Masters in Infrastructure Planning and Management from the University of Washington

    Schedule

    When: The 1st Wednesday of each month (no luncheon in July)

    Time: 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM

    Where: Bastrop Convention Center

    Registration

    Members can register online through their InfoHub account, located under the Member Center Tab on our website:

    You may also register by contacting Chamber staff at (512) 303-0558 or info@bastropchamber.com.

    Members can opt to be added to the Master Luncheon Registration List to be automatically registered for all luncheons. To be added to this list, a valid credit card must be provided and kept on file with the Chamber.

    Online registration closes at 3:00 PM on the Monday before the luncheon. Registrations received after this time will only be accepted if space is available.
    ➡️ Please note: No registrations or walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the luncheon.

    Luncheon Fees

    Luncheons are optional events, and a registration fee is required to attend.

    Members: $25 per person (pre-registered) | $35 (late registration)

    Future Members: $50 per person (pre-registered) | $60 (late registration)
    (Payment must be made at the time of registration.)

    Payment Options

    Online payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX).

    Invoicing is not an option — payment must be completed at the time of registration.

    Refund Policy

    There are no refunds or credits after 3:00 PM on the Monday prior to each luncheon due to catering and venue headcount confirmations.
